Victim Support
Victim Support is a national charity that helps people affected by crime. They provide free and confidential support to assist them in dealing with their experience.
Victim Support wanted their marketing materials to be motivational and different to previous materials.
We created striking and eye-catching marketing materials aimed at their target audience. One example is;
Young Victim Satisfaction Survey, in consultation with NatCen.
Our client asked us to conceptualise a survey for young victims of crime. The previous survey produced less than 1% response from their young service users.
After some intensive research, we understood exactly what would motivate young people to fill out the survey and came up with this concept. Design drafts were taken for cognitive interviews in order to assess which format was most favourable.
Feedback from the client indicated that they were receiving positive responses from the pilot.
After adjustments to the original drafts, we distributed the survey questionnaire, which received a 13% response rate.
