Victim Support Young Victim Satisfaction Survey project in consultation with NatCen

For the Young Victim Satisfaction Survey pilot project in consultation with NatCen.

We were briefed to come up with three concepts of a survey for young victims of crime. We undertook our own research to find out what would motivate young people to fill out the survey.  As a result of this information we designed the survey. The mock up's were taken for cognitive interviews to assess which format was responded favourably.

This was the end product. Feedback from the client indicates they are having a positive response from the survey pilot.
